The first gym essentials you need is the Athletic long-sleeve t-shirt. look if your arms are massive yet or you might want to hide some of your chubbiness and still look athletic. This is the piece you need I wear long sleeves tactically. For example, when it’s like they are I know I’m nor working on my upper body. I always wear long sleeves because I know I’m not gonna get an upper-body pump and I’m gonna look pretty flat that day. So I put a long Sleeve knowing that it’s gonna make me look more athletic and I know I look good. It doesn’t matter if I don’t get an upper-body pump I still feel good and confident in the gym.
The second gym essentials you need is a technical jacket. Look It’s freezing cold outside and you wear more clothes and layer them to get a better look. You can do the same thing in the gym with a technical jacket. When you wear a jacket you look pretty dope and technical in the gym. The third gym essentials you need is a baseball cap. Let’s be honest nobody actually does their hair to go to the gym. It’s a waste of time. The Fourth gym essentials you need to wear long socks. All boys out here squatting some serious weight yet the second part of your legs to now grow this thing look like a chicken leg. All good I’ve come up with the hack long tube socks. Whether they’re white or black when you wear these it just shortens the appearance of your long-ass chicken legs. Also, it just makes look beefier and more athletic giving you much stronger appears in the gym. No longer have to feel insecure about your chicken legs.
The fifth gym essentials you need is to wear seven-inch shorts. The point was if you are longer wear seven-inch shorts and it works really well. You don’t want shorts that are too long that even reach up to your knee. In my opinion, are too long when you’re in the gym you want to show off all your best feature. The same way you wear tank tops to show your arms and your shoulders show your quads up these things are your money makers. The beefiest part of your quad is that bottom portion right above your knee. So seven-inch shorts for me hit right above that quad muscle. When you’re squatting your range of motion is full and you got nothing impeding it. Also, you’re like slow beefy thick and athletic in these shorts that make you look amazing in the gym.
The sixth essentials you need to wear in the gym are tailored, joggers. Tailored joggers are must fr dudes they’re comfortable they make to you look good. Now they come super tailor to the point that you could wear them out and look acceptable but even better they look amazing in the gym. If it’s either really cold or not or you’re not hitting legs tailored joggers can make your appearance look more athletic and more dominant in the gym.
The seventh and last gym essentials you should wear in the gym is a muscle shirt. Boys a muscle shirt that you didn’t cut up yourself. Now the problem with shirts that you cut up yourself that they just looked cheap did it make you look poor. Like it’s like an arts and crafts type of thing that you did and the point is that. If you don’t have a lot of money which I didn’t have a lot of money growing up. You don’t want to look like you don’t have a lot of money when you go to the gym. You want to look presentable you want to look good. The great part is you can find a muscle shirt is a low price so you don’t want to show your art and craft. They look more structured and make you look better.
